Announcement on Proposal Evaluation Result International Architecture Design Competition for Guangzhou Daily Group Culture Center
2012年2月28日至2月29日，廣州報(bào)業(yè)文化中心建筑設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽委員會(huì)在廣州日?qǐng)?bào)印務(wù)中心召開了“廣州報(bào)業(yè)文化中心建筑設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽方案成果專家評(píng)審會(huì)”。
The Committee of International Architecture Design Competition for Guangzhou Daily Group Culture Center (the Competition Committee) held the expert evaluation meeting for design proposals of the aforesaid Competition at Guangzhou Daily Printing Center on Feb 28 & 29, 2012.
評(píng)審專家通過(guò)觀看競(jìng)賽方案模型及介紹短片、研讀競(jìng)賽成果文本，結(jié)合技術(shù)審查意見對(duì)10個(gè)方案進(jìn)行充分評(píng)議和討論，并在廣州市公證處公證員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督下通過(guò)2輪無(wú)記名投票，選出德國(guó)gmp國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司&廣州市設(shè)計(jì)院聯(lián)合體提交方案、華南理工大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院提交方案、澳大利亞IAPA設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)有限公司提交方案為本次競(jìng)賽的優(yōu)勝方案。
Based on the submitted models, presentation videos and the design brochures and with reference to the technical examination comments, the experts conducted comprehensive reviews and discussions over the 10 design proposals, and, at the presence of the notary public from Guangzhou Notary Public Office, selected the winning proposals through 2 rounds of anonymous voting. The selected winning proposals are respectively submitted by the consortium of gmp International GmbH + Guangzhou Design Institute (GZDI), Architectural Design and Research Institute of South China University of Technology (SCUT), and IAPA PYT. LTD. (Australia)
