國際方案征集”的征詢函
Consulting Letter on International Consultation for Urban Design of Business District in Xiaogan Island, Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang Province
浙江舟山群島新區(qū)是國務(wù)院批復(fù)的第四個(gè)國家新區(qū)。
Zhoushan Archipelago New Area of Zhejiang is the fourth national new area approved by the State Council.
為落實(shí)國家戰(zhàn)略，加快建設(shè)舟山群島新區(qū)，現(xiàn)決定開展“浙江舟山群島新區(qū)小干島商務(wù)區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國際方案征集”（以下簡稱“征集”）活動(dòng)。，擬通過具有國際視野的前瞻性規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，在舟山小干島商務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)既具有國際先進(jìn)水平，又具有群島特色的城市核心區(qū)標(biāo)志性區(qū)域，展示海上花園城市魅力。
In order to implement the national strategy and accelerate building Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, it is to launch an activity of International Consultation for Urban Design of Business District in Xiaogan Island, Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang Province (hereinafter referred to as “Consultation”). It will build a landmark area of core urban region with international advanced level and archipelago characteristics in Xiaogan Island business district, Zhoushan to show charm of a marine garden city through an international prospective planning and design.
本次方案征集范圍是由小干島（及其圍堰）、茶山島等組成的區(qū)域，面積721公頃，是舟山新區(qū)核心區(qū)重要組成部分，也是集中展示舟山群島新區(qū)未來形象的窗口。
The scope of the planning collection includes Xiaogan Island (and its cofferdam) and Chashan Island, etc covering an area of 721 hectares, which is an essential part of the core zone of New Area and a window to show the future images of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.
中國城市規(guī)劃學(xué)會(huì)全權(quán)代理本次方案征集活動(dòng)。
Urban Planning Society of China is authorized to organize the consultation.
組織單位將擇優(yōu)選擇具有相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)境內(nèi)外機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體參加，每家被選中機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體報(bào)送一個(gè)方案。各參加設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體在報(bào)名時(shí)必須填寫《資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)表》，明確參加設(shè)計(jì)組各專業(yè)（規(guī)劃、建筑、交通、景觀等）領(lǐng)銜專家的名單。
The organizing institution will preferentially select organizations or unions in and out of China which have related design experience. Each of selected organizations or unions which must fill in a prequalification application form and confirm the leading scholars of all professions (planning, architecture, transportation and landscape, etc.) in design team should submit one scheme.
預(yù)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間為2012年4月初至2012年6月30日。
The estimated design time is from early April, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
初步?jīng)Q定，凡參賽單位提交方案滿足技術(shù)文件要求，經(jīng)專家評(píng)審，獲得第一名，可以獲得人民幣180萬元獎(jiǎng)金，獲得第二名可獲得60萬元獎(jiǎng)金。未獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撸瑢⒔o于適當(dāng)成本補(bǔ)償。
According to preliminary determination, any contestant whose design conforms to the Technical Documents and gets first prize as assessed by specialists will be awarded RMB1,800,000. And the second prize is RMB600,000. Non-prize-winners will be granted a rational cost reimbursement.
如有意向參與本次征集活動(dòng)，請(qǐng)于2012年3月24日17：00時(shí)之前，請(qǐng)將報(bào)名材料以E-mail形式發(fā)送我們。
Please send your applying material to us in an Email before 5:00pm of March 24, 2012 if you intend to take part in the consultation.
我們?cè)谑盏劫F公司確認(rèn)函后，將組織專家進(jìn)行遴選和研究，如果入選，我們將向貴單位發(fā)出正式邀請(qǐng)函，組織簽訂相關(guān)合同，并提供《浙江舟山群島新區(qū)小干島商務(wù)區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)文件》。
We will invite experts to select and study all applicants when we receive the confirming letters. And we’ll send you an official invitation letter, sign relevant agreements with you and provide you Document for International Consultation for Urban Design of Business District in Xiaogan Island, Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang Province if you are selected.
