All the time mentioned above is Beijing time. If there is any change in the schedule, the organizer will inform the participants in time. The situation that all the design works have been received and signed shall prevail. Overdue submissions will be treated invalid and the client won’t pay the compensation fee.

四、 競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容 Competition Contents

本次競(jìng)賽將確定海納百川總部大廈建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案，如中標(biāo)人滿足競(jìng)賽文件相關(guān)要求，將負(fù)責(zé)完成項(xiàng)目所涉及的相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工作（不含室內(nèi)公共空間的精裝修、室外園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)），包括但不限于方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖設(shè)計(jì)、施工配合及編制竣工圖等后續(xù)工作。
The competition is for the schematic design proposal of the Headquarter Building for the Small and Medium Enterprises. If the successful bidder meets relevant requirements of the Competition File, he shall complete related design work (excluding the decoration of indoor public spaces and outdoor landscape design), which includes but not limited to schematic design, design development, construction drawings, the as-built drawings and other follow-up work.

五、報(bào)名條件及要求Eligibility and Sign-up Documents

5.1 競(jìng)賽采用全球公開(kāi)報(bào)名的方式, 允許聯(lián)合體報(bào)名，但不接受個(gè)人及個(gè)人組合報(bào)名，要求參與報(bào)名的國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體應(yīng)具有同類(lèi)高層寫(xiě)字樓設(shè)計(jì)能力，且近3年有過(guò)相關(guān)或相似類(lèi)型的項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
The competition will be open to the world, allowing application of joint group. No individual application or individual combination is accepted. All the applicants shall have similar design experiences in high-rise office buildings and have similar project experiences in the past 3 years.

5.2 報(bào)名的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體中,必須有一方具有中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)，且在深圳市注冊(cè)或設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)。
The applicants MUST have China’s Grade A Design Certificate. The company with China’s Grade A Design Certificate must register or has office in Shenzhen.

5.3 以設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合體形式參加競(jìng)賽報(bào)名的，聯(lián)合體各方應(yīng)簽訂《聯(lián)合競(jìng)賽聲明》，并由全體設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)簽署，連同其他報(bào)名文件由主設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)一并提交至業(yè)主。聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨(dú)以自己名義，或者與另外的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體參加本次競(jìng)賽。
For the joint groups, they shall sign the Joint Participation Agreement and submit it to the organizer together with the other sign-up documents. Design firm in any joint group CAN NOT participate the competition independently or be any other joint members.

5.4上述在深圳市注冊(cè)或設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)單位其在深設(shè)計(jì)人員不少于50人，其中包括不少于2名一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師和不少于2名一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師（注冊(cè)建筑師及結(jié)構(gòu)工程師需提供近6個(gè)月的本單位社保證明材料）。
The design companies mentioned above that registered or have office in Shenzhen shall at least have 50 designers working in Shenzhen. Thereinto, it shall at least have 2 Class A registered architects and 2 Class A registered structural engineers. Social security proof of these architects and engineers in the past 6 months shall be provided.

5.5 報(bào)名文件Sign-up Documents

報(bào)名文件應(yīng)包括：
Sign-up documents include：

1）報(bào)名表（見(jiàn)附件）。
Sign-up Form (see Annex )

2）機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介、相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)說(shuō)明及證明（相關(guān)合同文件掃描件、竣工圖簽等）。
Brief introduction of the company, related achievement and official reference (photo copy of contracts and as-built drawings)

3）公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及資質(zhì)證明（或商業(yè)登記證明）復(fù)印件（國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)加蓋公章、國(guó)外機(jī)構(gòu)簽字）。
Photo copy of Business License/Qualification Certificate (or Business Registration Certificate) (stamped or signed)

4）首席建筑師簡(jiǎn)介及業(yè)績(jī)，首席建筑師必須由設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)主持過(guò)多項(xiàng)同類(lèi)型設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的人員擔(dān)任，該設(shè)計(jì)師必須直接參與本項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)全過(guò)程。
Brief introduction of the principal architect and his achievements. The principal architect shall have chaired a number of similar design projects. And he must participate in the whole design.

5）聯(lián)合競(jìng)賽聲明（格式見(jiàn)附件），與境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體的須提供與境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)配合設(shè)計(jì)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)案例。
Joint Participation Agreement (see Annex) and similar design experiences with foreign design companies for the Chinese companies.

6) 概念提案：應(yīng)包括對(duì)項(xiàng)目競(jìng)賽設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)的解讀和初步構(gòu)想及工作計(jì)劃等。概念提案的內(nèi)容和深度不限，A3格式，簡(jiǎn)裝，限10頁(yè)內(nèi)。
Conceptual Design Proposal: includes interpretation of the Design Brie, preliminary idea, work scheme and etc. There is no limitation for the content and depth of the proposal. A3 format and simple package within 10 pages.

5.6請(qǐng)報(bào)名機(jī)構(gòu)于報(bào)名截止日前將以上報(bào)名文件提交至業(yè)主，其中概念提案（電子光碟1份，紙質(zhì)文件1份）須單獨(dú)密封，并在封口處加蓋騎縫公章；其它文件要求電子光碟1份、紙質(zhì)文件1份，并以電子版形式(不包括概念提案) 發(fā)送至報(bào)名郵箱。所有報(bào)名文件以收到全部紙質(zhì)報(bào)名文件的日期為準(zhǔn)。
All the applicants shall submit the registration materials to the organizer. The conceptual design proposal (1 CD and 1 paper documents) shall be sealed separately with a stamp on it. Other materials shall be in 1 CD and 1 paper documents. The e-documents (excluding the conceptual proposal) shall be sent to the email box for registration. The date of receiving the paper documents shall prevail.
